STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipping costs within mainland Spain and Portugal:
€4.90

Free shipping: for orders over €55.00

Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days from the order confirmation within mainland Spain.

Shipping costs to Canary Islands / Ceuta and Melilla: €18.00

Free shipping to the Canary Islands / Ceuta and Melilla and other European countries: for orders over €200.

Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email, and once processed, you will receive another notification with a link to track your shipment (please check your spam folder if necessary). After receiving this notification, you may change the delivery point to a service point if desired.

All our pieces are carefully prepared at our facilities to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team at info@evustech.com.

Each product is individually packaged in its gift box.

CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

If you realise you made a mistake with the measurements or items in your order, you can cancel the order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at info@evustech.com, providing your order number and the reason for the change/cancellation. If the order has not been processed and/or shipped, we can modify or cancel it.

If you wish to return an item you have already received, please send an email to info@evustech.com, including the delivery note and invoice number provided in the package, requesting the return of the item and the reason for it. You will receive a reply with an authorisation number. Once authorised, you may send the item to the following address:

All returns must comply with the following conditions:

Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. Only items with a pre-authorisation number will be accepted. Packages without this number will not be accepted.
  2. The return or exchange period must not exceed 15 days from the date the original order was received.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, free of scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized, modified, or altered in any way.
  4. Customers must use a trackable shipping method for returns or exchanges. Items sent without tracking will not be processed.
  5. If requesting a refund, any promotional gifts received with the item must be included in the return. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
  6. The customer will bear the shipping costs for returning items to EVUSTECH, except for defective or incorrect products. In such cases, our customer service team will provide collection instructions.

Non-refundable Items

  1. Items without tags that have been used, damaged, or altered are non-refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  2. Items used or sent to you as replacements/exchanges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
