If you realise you have made a mistake with the measurements or items in your order, you can cancel the order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately via email at info@evustech.com, providing your order number and the reason for the change/cancellation. If the order has not been processed and/or shipped, we will be able to change or cancel it. If you wish to return an item you have already received, please send an email to info@evustech.com, including the delivery note and the invoice number provided in the package, and request the return of the item along with the reason for it. You will receive a reply email with an authorisation number.

All returns must comply with the following Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Only items with a pre-authorisation number will be accepted. Packages without a pre-authorisation number will not be accepted.
- The return or exchange period must not exceed 15 days from the date the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized, modified, or altered in any way.
- When returning or exchanging your item, customers must use a trackable shipping method. Return or exchange items without tracking will not be processed.
- If you are requesting a refund, any promotional gifts received with that item must be included in the returned items. Otherwise, the value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return items to Evus, except for defective or incorrect products. Our customer service team will provide instructions for collection in such cases.
Non-refundable Items
- Items without tags that have been used, damaged, or altered are non-refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items that have been used or were sent to you as a Replacement/Exchange are non-refundable.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
