Delivery time:<\/em><\/strong> 1 to 2 business days from the order confirmation within mainland Spain.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs to Canary Islands \/ Ceuta and Melilla:<\/em><\/strong> \u20ac18.00<\/p>\n

Free shipping<\/em><\/strong> to the Canary Islands \/ Ceuta and Melilla and other European countries: for orders over \u20ac200.<\/p>\n

Delivery time:<\/em><\/strong> 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation.<\/p>\n

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email, and once processed, you will receive another notification with a link to track your shipment (please check your spam folder if necessary). After receiving this notification, you may change the delivery point to a service point if desired.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION\/RETURN POLICY<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you realise you made a mistake with the measurements or items in your order, you can cancel the order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at info@evustech.com<\/a>, providing your order number and the reason for the change\/cancellation. If the order has not been processed and\/or shipped, we can modify or cancel it.<\/p>\n

If you wish to return an item you have already received, please send an email to info@evustech.com<\/a>, including the delivery note and invoice number provided in the package, requesting the return of the item and the reason for it. You will receive a reply with an authorisation number. Once authorised, you may send the item to the following address:<\/p>\n

All returns must comply with the following conditions:<\/p>\n

Return and Exchange Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Only items with a pre-authorisation number will be accepted. Packages without this number will not be accepted.<\/li>\n
  2. The return or exchange period must not exceed 15 days from the date the original order was received.<\/li>\n
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, free of scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized, modified, or altered in any way.<\/li>\n
  4. Customers must use a trackable shipping method for returns or exchanges. Items sent without tracking will not be processed.<\/li>\n
  5. If requesting a refund, any promotional gifts received with the item must be included in the return. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.<\/li>\n
  6. The customer will bear the shipping costs for returning items to EVUSTECH, except for defective or incorrect products. In such cases, our customer service team will provide collection instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Items without tags that have been used, damaged, or altered are non-refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.<\/li>\n

      Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.<\/p>\n
